Sharon Stanger, Chief Executive Officer
At the helm of Stanger Industries since its inception, Sharon Stanger has spent the last 30 years shaping the core philosophy of the company’s tag line into Precision Performance. Much of Stanger’s success and growth can be directly attributed to Sharon’s expertise in contracts, budgeting, government regulations and bid negotiations. But it’s Sharon’s leadership in maintaining the corporate culture as one built on the relationships between employees and customers that will remain Stanger’s legacy.
Tom Stanger, Technical Advisor
As one of Stanger’s Co-founders, Tom’s field experience, technical knowledge, and drive for quality forged the company’s hallmark of outstanding customer service. He is respected throughout the construction industry for his strong work ethic and unwavering commitment to excellence. Tom instills these beliefs into every Stanger employee through his hands-on approach while working beside office and field staff alike. It is this old school philosophy that remains at the core of Stanger Industries’ tag line, Precision Performance.
Greg Stanger, President
While many corporate leaders spend a few hours or days working alongside their staff to get a feel for the business, Greg Stanger spent 12 years working in the field as a pipe fitter before transitioning into a management role. In fact, Greg began getting his “hands on” education at Stanger on day one, eventually working in nearly every position within the company. This invaluable ‘real-world’ experience, combined with Greg’s knowledge, character, and determination has molded him into a highly effective leader at Stanger Industries, where he inspires every Stanger employee to strive for perfection, through Precision Performance.
Mark Wagner, Senior Project Manager
With over 20 years of project management experience in both design and build phases, Mark has proven to be the leader customers demand, whether they are doing an interior renovation, a major HVAC installation, or a complete design/build project from start to finish. A creative visionary, Mark draws on his extensive catalog of experience to oversee a project that not only meets, but exceed customers’ expectations.
Doug Aitkens, Project Manager
Combining his mechanical engineering degree with his superior listening and management skills, Doug instills confidence in his customers that any project under his leadership will finish to their complete satisfaction. By taking the time on the front-end of the project to completely understand his customer’s needs and wants, Doug proactively ensures a positive end result with minimal, if any, disruption to his customer’s business. Well-versed in all types of mechanical work, Doug is particularly adept at applying his talents to a wide variety of piping and plumbing projects.
Corey Emmons, Service Manager
Corey brings 21 years of experience from mechanical service to the building automation industry. His previous job duties include field technician, project manager, operations manager, sales and service department manager. Corey’s overall vision, understanding of HVAC systems and customer service make him a great addition to our team at Stanger Industries. His goal at Stanger Industries is to lead a team of professionals that focus on the customer’s needs and provide Precision Performance on a daily basis.
Tony Sapenaro, Mechanical Services Project Manager
Tony brings over 25 years experience in the HVAC and Refrigeration business. He started out as a field technician and eventually became the owner of a small service company. He came to Stanger with extensive knowledge of Chillers, Boilers, Split-Systems and Controls. Having designed and installed many HVAC systems over the years, he has the ability to provide a customized solution for any temperature control needs you may have. He’s also an excellent problem solver that can help fix systems that haven’t operated correctly for years. Tony is well known for his ‘customer first’ attitude.
Chuck Paszkiewicz, Mechanical Services Project Manager
With over 20 years of ‘real world’ experience working on projects involving everything from low temperature ammonia refrigeration to high temperature steam processing piping, the tremendous wealth of mechanical systems knowledge that Chuck retains cannot be learned anywhere but in the field. For this reason, Stanger’s commercial and industrial clients put their trust in Chuck as their ‘go-to’ guy for management of their most complex mechanical project needs. Like most of Stanger’s project managers, Chuck started out working in the field for Stanger, as a pipe fitter, before lending his expertise to clients as a key player on Stanger’s management team.
Henry McDaniel, Plumbing Services Manager
Henry McDaniel brings over thirty years experiences in the field of plumbing and industrial piping from installation to supervision and then on to be an Owner. His duties have ranged from installer, service tech, supervisor, project foreman, superintendent, safety director to project manager. His strengths come from his experience and ‘can-do’ attitude that enhances his problem solving abilities.
Ed Harrison, Plumbing Services Manager
Ed brings over thirty years of plumbing experience to Stanger. He moved up through the plumbing ranks, from laborer to plumber apprentice, journeyman and foreman before becoming an owner. Combining this tremendous amount of experience with his Master Plumber Certificate, Ed has the ability to foresee and avoid plumbing problems and also address various plumbing problems as they arise, making him an invaluable asset to the company.
